Terms · Caviar Radio

House rules of the frequency.

Caviar Radio is free to listen to. These terms cover what you can expect from the station, and what we ask of anyone who takes part.

01 — Acceptance

By listening to, browsing or taking part in Caviar Radio you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please step away from the dial. Last updated October 2026.

02 — The service

We provide a live audio broadcast, an archive of recorded shows, and community features including the lounge, feed, requests desk and polls. The signal is provided as it is: shows can be rescheduled, interrupted or taken off air without notice, and features may change or be withdrawn.

03 — Your account

  • Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Use a display name you have the right to use, and do not impersonate the station, its residents or another listener.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account.

04 — Community conduct

Everyone is welcome here, provided you keep to a few standards. Do not:

  • post hateful, harassing, threatening or sexually explicit material;
  • spam, advertise or repeatedly post the same message across the lounge and feed;
  • share another person's private information without their consent;
  • upload content you do not own or have permission to share;
  • attempt to disrupt the station, its systems or other listeners' access.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. If you see something that does not belong, tell the studio through the contact page.

05 — Song requests and submissions

Requests are suggestions, not guarantees — the selector decides what goes out and when. Anything you send us for broadcast, including demos and guest mixes, must be yours to share. By sending it you give Caviar Radio permission to play, archive and promote it on the station and its channels, with credit to you. You keep ownership of your work.

06 — Music and ownership

The station's name, identity, artwork and original writing belong to Caviar Radio. Audio in the archive is cleared for listening, not for re-upload, redistribution or commercial use. Where a recording belongs to an artist or label, their rights apply.

07 — Third-party links

We link to platforms such as Mixcloud, SoundCloud, YouTube and Instagram. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms.

08 — Availability and liability

We work to keep the signal steady but cannot promise uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, Caviar Radio is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the station. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UK consumer law.

09 — Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page shows the current version. Questions about anything here go through the contact page.
